My Beauty Podium

I love comparing products side by side because packaging and hype can only tell me so much. This time, I’m creating my own beauty podium across three categories: lip products, blush and complexion bases.
The rankings are based on the overall look, versatility and how naturally each product fits into the kind of makeup I actually enjoy wearing.

Lip Products: Gloss Wins

My first-place pick is SHIK Lip Gloss Care. I’m drawn to its soft pink tone and glossy finish because it looks easy to wear without overpowering the rest of the makeup. It is exactly the type of lip product I would reach for when I want polished lips with minimal effort.
Fenty Beauty takes second place. The warm, richer shade is beautiful when I want the lips to become a stronger part of the look rather than simply adding shine.
Rhode Peptide Lip Tint comes third for me. I still love the easy squeeze-tube format and everyday appeal, but visually I find the first two options a little more exciting.

Blush: Soft Color Wins

Rare Beauty earns first place in my blush category. I love a blush that can instantly make the complexion look healthier, and the muted rosy packaging already gives me exactly that soft, romantic mood.
The Bright Coral Fifit compact comes second. This is the shade I would choose when I want the cheeks to look fresher and slightly more playful.
SHIK Studio takes third place. Its compact format feels minimal and elegant, making it a practical option for a makeup bag, although I personally gravitate toward the warmer tones of the other two.

BB Creams: Coverage Matters

MISSHA Perfect Cover BB Cream is my winner here. BB creams are having another moment because they fit perfectly into the current preference for lighter, more comfortable complexion makeup, and this one represents that classic category beautifully.
Korolkova BB Cream Mineral takes second place. I like the idea of a simple everyday base that can even out the complexion without automatically turning the routine into a full foundation look.
The tfit Skin Cover BB Cream comes third. Its slim packaging feels modern and convenient, and it is another option I would consider when I want coverage while keeping the overall makeup relatively natural.
What I like most about this little beauty podium is that none of these products needs to create a dramatic transformation. My current makeup preference is all about flattering color, comfortable textures and products that make getting ready feel easier. For me, the real winners are always the ones I would genuinely want to use again the next morning.
