Hair Care I Actually Use

· Fashion Team
My hair routine changes quite a lot depending on how it feels after washing. Some days I want extra softness and shine, while on others I care more about keeping the lengths manageable and less frizzy.
I have also learned that using more product does not necessarily give me a better result, so I tend to rotate between a few different textures instead of layering everything at once.
1. Fino Premium Touch, Moroccanoil Treatment And Olaplex No.7
Hair oils are probably the easiest products for me to overdo, so I use all three very sparingly. Fino Premium Touch Hair Oil is the one I tend to reach for when my ends feel particularly dry and I want them to look smoother without adding another styling step. Moroccanoil Treatment feels like a more familiar all-round option in my routine; I usually work a tiny amount through the mid-lengths and ends while my hair is still slightly damp. Olaplex No.7 Bonding Oil is the one I often choose when I am concentrating on the final finish. I like how easy it is to distribute in small amounts, especially around the ends where my hair can start looking a little rough. I would not use all three together — for me, choosing one according to how my hair feels gives a much nicer result.
2. Olaplex No.3 Hair Perfector
Olaplex No.3 is completely different because I treat it more like a dedicated pre-wash step than a finishing product. I use it when I have enough time to make hair washing feel like a proper routine rather than something rushed. What I like most is that it gives me an excuse to slow down and pay attention to the lengths instead of concentrating only on shampoo and conditioner. I do not expect one application to transform my hair, but I enjoy how it fits into those occasional more thorough wash days.
3. Redken, Olaplex And OUAI Leave-Ins
For leave-in care, I rotate between Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave-In Treatment, Olaplex No.6 Bond Smoother and OUAI Leave In Conditioner. The Redken is the one I tend to choose when I know I will be styling my hair afterwards. Olaplex No.6 feels richer to me, so I am more careful with the amount and usually keep it focused on the lengths. OUAI is the easiest option when I want something quick that can be distributed through damp hair without making the routine feel complicated. What surprised me is that I do not have one fixed favourite here — I genuinely reach for different ones depending on the day.
After trying different combinations, I have become much more selective about layering hair products. My hair usually looks better when I choose one treatment and one finishing step rather than using everything simply because it is there.
